You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is confirmed, please check this to make sure your shipping address is correct.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 7-10 working days due to your order being hand made, please be patient with us, we aim for you to be happy with your package.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order is shipped.

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail unless otherwise stated.

Once your order arrives in your country it is handed over to your local postal provider to complete delivery.
Shipping within the UK takes 2-4 business days to be delivered, this applies from the day your order is shipped.

International shipping can take up to 10 business days to be delivered, this applies from the day your order is shipped.

Remember shipping can take anywhere from 2-5 days for UK and 10-14 Working days for International, in the meantime, you can check the tracking.
